No replacement will be issued and no compensation will be paid to you for a damaged, destroyed, lost, or stolen ticket.
In the case of online paid orders, where you prove to be the payer of the order, please contact us using the contact form below, we will forward your request to the organizer of the Event. If the request is approved, we will issue duplicates of the tickets. In case of disapproval by the organizer of the given Event, duplicates cannot be issued.
Duplicates of tickets cannot be issued if tickets are purchased at points of sale.
