Most venues offer accessible seating areas to accommodate their guests. Availability and type of accessible tickets will vary based on each venue's policies and/or the type of event taking place.
Accessible tickets are reserved solely for fans with disabilities and their companions. Please note that misuse of these tickets may result in cancellation of your order.

Reserved for wheelchair users and located near accessible entrances, exits, and restroom facilities.
Availability and types of accessible tickets vary depending on promoter policies, venue policies, and the nature of the event.
If no accessibility icons appear on the map, we still encourage you to contact us, we’ll do our best to help you.
Accessible tickets include one companion ticket at no extra cost (or for a nominal fee of 1 CZK, depending on the event).
Your companion ticket will be added to your order automatically.
Depending on the Event Organizer, venue, and event, your tickets may be issued as:
- One combined ticket, or
- Two separate tickets
We’ll confirm the ticket format when we process your order.
Some venues provide additional accessibility services or accommodations.
